RETURN POLICY

 

 

Our number one goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and to have an amazing shopping experience and an easy order process! We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers & deal with all situations fairly and responsibly. If for some reason you need to make a return please see the terms below:

 

General terms for Returns:

 

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it!

 

If you were sent damaged/defective, incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service at support@juneseventhboutique.com within 3 days so we can get that sorted out for you!

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is received for store credit only in the form of a June seventh boutique e-gift card  (no exceptions). You can find this information out by seeing what day your email says the order was shipped, it is also printed on the packing slip, or you can check the tracking number. Orders received AFTER 30 calendar days will NOT be accepted. We will invoice you for return shipping OR we will donate your item(s). 

 

To be eligible for a return all merchandise must be returned in the same condition that you received it. New, unworn,unwashed-with the original tags attached & all packing slips included in the return. Any returns received with smells of body odor, smoke, pet odor, makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair will be refused. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. If your item(s) does not qualify for a refund you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned to you. We can send you an email requesting payment for return shipping or if you are local you may pick up your items from the warehouse. If arrangements are not made within fourteen (14) days, the item(s) will be donated.

 

Any item(s) purchased with a discount of 25% off or more is final sale. ALL SALE items are final and cannot be returned.

 

If the return meets all return criteria stated then a store credit (June Seventh Boutique E-Giftcard) will be issued. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

 

 

 

*Returns must be delivered back to us within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Returns received after 30 calendar days will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

 

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

*We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost, or stolen packages.

 

*We do not provide return labels.

 

*Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or any signs of wear or use. All original tags must be attached and all packing slips included in the return.

 

*Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed inside a separate shipping box such as the one your shoes were shipped to you in. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the shoe box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will not be able to accept a return as this makes the shoes ineligible for return and the item will then be returned to you, subject to a return shipping fee.

 

 

*Sale, Clearance, BOGO, or any discounted item marked sale is Final Sale. 

 

*Any purchase using a 25% off or more discount is Final Sale.

 

*bathing suits, cosmetics, lingerie, silicone bras, bralettes, Jewelry, hair accessories, swimwear, leggings, biker shorts, cami’s, bras, nipple petals, bodysuits, hats, gloves, scarves, handbags, belts, clutches, self tanning products and accessories, slippers or socks, items past the return policy time frame (30 calendar days), mystery grab bags, door busters, seamless items, edible items, home decor, gift items/gift certificates, gift cards, items discounted 25% or more and other similar products, and accessories are Final Sale or Items purchased during promotional periods when "final sale" is advertised.

The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged!

 

 

*FORMAL DRESSES: These dresses MUST be returned in a nicely folded fashion and make sure the dress, sequin and jewels (if any) are protected. The bottom of the dress must be clean and free of any dirt or debris. If the dress arrives damaged the return will be denied and an invoice will be sent to ship it back to you.

 

 

Please reach out to us prior to shipping an item back if you are questioning its eligibility to avoid paying return shipping. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return we will invoice your for return shipping. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to a local women’s shelter.

 

If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 14 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.

 

Excessive/multiple returns per month are prohibited and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed you will receive an email notification.

 

INSTALLMENTS: Sezzle or Shop Pay

We offer full store credit for all eligible returns including items paid for with Sezzle or Shop Pay. If a purchase was made using Shop Pay or Sezzle the customer is still responsible for paying the full balance even though the June Seventh E-Giftcard has been issued for the return.

  

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within three (3) days of receipt. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item within the three (3) day period, your order is considered to be accepted and any return for a damaged or defective item will be rejected. (Damaged items must have tags, be unworn, and unwashed.)

 

  • Email a picture of the defective/damaged area to support@juneseventhboutique.com
  • Please include your order number and the item name in the email
  • You will receive a response from our support team within 24 business hours

 

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.

 

 Exchanges: 

We do not offer exchanges. An E-Giftcard will be issued once your return is processed. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. We cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock.

 

Each item is photographed to display the true color/pattern. Although we try to accurately photograph each item, exact coloring of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, various computer or mobile device screens, resolutions and more. Items with a slight variance will not be considered defective.

 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please refer to the complete Return Policy (above) to ensure that your return meets all necessary criteria.
2. Returns must include a completed return form. If you cannot locate the return form (on the back of the packing slip included with your order), please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you or email us at support@JuneSeventhboutique.com and we will email you a new form.
3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility. We suggest using a carrier that provides you with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit back to us.
4. Please allow our returns department up to 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to us. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email with a gift card which can be applied at checkout. Please note: Holidays and weekends are not business days.

FAQ- How do I access my store credit?

An E-Giftcard is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion a gift card may go to your Spam folder. If you need additional assistance finding your store credit please email support@JuneSeventhBoutique.com All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.

 

  • If an order is placed prior to receiving a store credit code, we cannot refund that amount to you. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account if you’d like to place an order using this credit.
  • If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email support@juneseventhboutique.com before placing your order as we cannot change payment options.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
